Food scientists aren’t just scientists. They are chefs, cooks, tinkerers, entrepreneurs, explorers, creators and technologists. They’re a lot like their creations – an intriguing and sometimes mysterious combination of measured ingredients that aim to improve the food we consume. But they need more than just product specs when choosing an ingredient supplier. How can we get beyond dull spec sheets and communicate MGP’s collaboration, expertise and inspiring minds to the organizations seeking the key to unlock market innovation?

The Great British Baking Show. Iron Chef. Chef’s Table. Cooking shows have exploded into our living rooms and yet, there’s never been one focused on the chemistry and science that goes into the food we crave. To show the collaborative spirit and expertise of MGP, we created Feed Your Vision starring our very own food scientists. Together with energetic and inspiring host Jill Garcia-Schmidt, MGP food scientists break down how to work with the ingredients in content, collateral and cook books.
